Ethical property guardianship.​

Interim Spaces is increasing the scope of its services to landlord clients to include the property guardianship of residential and unusual short-term vacant property.​​

​

Troubadour is a subsidiary of the charity and our guardians are sourced from our projects, such as PopHub Leicester Square. 

 

Our guardians are creative professionals in fields such as architecture, millinery, theatre design, and illustration.

​

Guardians are charged £300 per month with council tax and utilities all inclusive.
