10 Market Place - acquired September 2023

Acquired in September 2023 with funding from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, and the Somerset Community Foundation, 10 Market Place is the charity's first owned and operated project, located in the beautiful and historic town of Shepton Mallet in Somerset. Designed to help boost the local economy and drive up footfall, our retail incubator allows emerging businesses to test their retail ideas on a rent and bill free basis for up to nine months, supported by a £1,500 capital grant and mentorship. The Studio, the gorgeous room on the top floor under a high gabled ceiling, brings in a regular programme of classes and workshops in music, the arts, and wellbeing, with a focus on subsidised, high quality lessons in music for children on up.

PopHub Leicester Square – 2018 to present

Launched in 2018, PopHub is home to over 100 members and is one of London's most affordable creative workspaces, with desk-based memberships from only £40pm all inc, and studios from only £12PSF.  PopHub is a model of sustainability and ethical vacant property use. Our desks were handmade using upcycled wood-waste from local construction projects, with high quality furniture donated from local businesses. Recently awarded the Mayors' Workspace Accreditation, PopHub is supported by Westminster City Council. Fibre internet sponsored by Community Fibre.

Church Street Studios – 2021 to 2023

The formerly vacant first floor offices at 382-386 Edgware Road, fronting onto the bustling Church Street Market, were leased to us by Westminster City Council in April 2021 for interim use prior to redevelopment. Our partners The Wept Project (Women Empowerment Project & Training) took occupancy of the East Wing to run their acclaimed series of workshops and classes in tailoring and fashion design, and managing the six artist studios in the large West Wing, comprising visual artists and fashion and textile designers. At £1psf per month all inclusive, Church Street Studios is one of the most affordable artist studios in the whole of London.

George Street Studios – 2016-2017

Our first project, George Street Studios popped up in an end-of-life block scheduled for redevelopment, owned by The Portman Estate. George Street had ten studios with a mix of users from fashion, textile and arts industries. The project ran 2016-2017.
