An impact-focused interim use specialist led by arts professionals, our work unlocks significant social and economic capital by repurposing empty buildings. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality studios and workspace that is truly affordable to our end users – freelancers, micro-businesses, bootstrap startups and entrepreneurs, artists, creatives and non-profit organisations.

• We establish and operate high quality and sustainable creative hubs by using empty buildings, often fitted out with upcycled surplus construction materials and reclaimed furniture

• Our workspaces are truly affordable, significantly under market rents, with at least 20% granted for free to local community groups and sponsored social and cultural businesses

• We employ locally and are supplied by local providers wherever possible​​​​

• We provide ancillary services to the arts and cultural sector via low-cost rehearsal and development studios​​​​​

• We ameliorate the effects of social isolation – a growing mental health concern in the UK – from working alone in flats, houseshares, cafes, the library and other public spaces

One of our current projects, PopHub Leicester Square, was recently recognised by the Mayor's office for its ethics and affordability, becoming one of nine London workspaces to be awarded the Mayor's Workspace Accreditation.
